Hello again. It’s Dr T here with some more useful advice that will help you lose weight. Today I want to talk about the people around you. They will,
more or less, go on this journey with you so you must ensure that you can rely on their support. When you have someone there to talk to it can make all the
difference in the world.

On the other hand, there will also be those that want you to stay fat, for one reason or another. You must try to eliminate or limit their role in your
life. Their negative attitude will hinder your progress. This doesn’t have to be permanent; just until you reach your goal or they change their
attitude. Thanks for reading! Remember to visit me at www.projectfabulousblog.comm.

Hey, hey! Dr T here. Today I want to give you some inspirational advice that, hopefully, will help you when you are finding it hard to succeed with your weight loss program. As a women’s physician, I have met with plenty of patients that are in the same situation you are now. It is easy to get discouraged, but you have to stop being so hard on yourself. You have what it takes to do this.

My suggestion is to always take pride in your appearance. Look at yourself in the mirror so you can see improvements with each passing day. It won’t be long until you reach your dream figure. This is Dr T telling you that you can become fabulous.

Hello, hello. Glad to be back. This time I want to ask you a simple question: are you hungry? Are you thirsty? Can you honestly tell the difference? Most people will say yes, but, in my experience as a women’s doctor, I noticed that plenty of them often get the two sensations confused.

You will want to make sure that you only eat when you are hungry. Therefore, when you get a sensation, make sure you are not simply thirsty. Drink a big glass of water first then, if this doesn’t help, have a meal. Even if you are hungry, an extra glass of water will make sure you eat less. Thanks for reading!

Hi there. It’s your friendly women’s doctor here, Dr T. Ready for another good weight loss tip? Some of you might not like this one, but if you want to lose weight you will have to cut down on the alcohol. There are a few reasons for this. First of all, alcohol is a lot of empty calories so, if you drink, at least try to limit your intake.

Another problem is caused by the fact that sticking with a weight loss plan requires discipline. This is something that is likely to elude people after they had a few to drink. You do not want to sacrifice so much just to remember that the other night you splurged on fast food after drinking too much alcohol. Restraint is key! See you next time!

Hello again. Dr T here with other great weight loss tips. I am going to continue talking a little bit about the importance of exercise. It is good to have a workout program for 20 – 30 minutes that you do 3 to 5 times a week. That will help a lot, but it is also important to find exercise where you can. Take this opportunity to become a more active person, overall.

If you ever have to choose between stairs and an elevator, take the stairs. It’s a great 5 minute cardio workout. Additionally, if you park your car somewhere in a lot, why not go for the farther spaces on purpose? You will always find room and you can enjoy a nice walk to and from your car. Hope this helps. Goodbye!

Knock, knock! It’s me again, Dr T. Last few times I started giving you tips to help with your weight loss program. I also mentioned before how important is exercise if you want to burn a lot of calories. Today I have a new tip for you: do not exercise after you recently ate.

The goal of exercising is to burn calories, obviously, but you want to burn the calories stored as excess fat. If you work out after a meal, you will simply be burning off that meal before your body has a chance to absorb the nutrients from it. It is, more or less, a wasted exercise program. I always tell my patients to wait about 2 hours before working out. Thanks for reading! See you next time.

Hi there. Dr T here with a new tip for weight loss. Today I want to strongly advise people against starving themselves. In theory, it sounds like a good idea: you barely eat anything so you stand to lose a lot of weight. But the truth is that it is a horrible idea.

I said before that eating 5 times a day kicks your metabolism into overdrive, which means it burns calories faster. Starving yourself has the exact opposite effect. It slows down your metabolism. It is a natural response our body has in order to protect us from famine. If you do this, you will have to work extra hard to lose those pounds and you will feel completely miserable doing it. I’ll be back with more, but in the meantime you can visit me at www.projectfabulousblog.comm.

Hello again. It’s me, Dr T here with more tips for proper weight loss. Today I want to talk a little about the importance of having regular meals. As I said before, 5 meals a day is my personal recommendation as a women’s physician. You have to get your metabolism trained to this new lifestyle so each new meal helps.

At the same time, you must make sure not to overindulge. Only 2 or 3 of those meals should be full courses; ideally it would be breakfast and lunch. Also be more selective with what you eat. Always consider the calorie number of a food and if it far outweighs the nutrients, avoid it. Thanks for reading! I’ll have more next time.

Hello everyone, it’s Dr T again. Last time I gave you some tips that will help with your weight loss goals and I promised that I would be back with more. This time I am recommending that you take a vacation from your TV while you are on your weight loss program.

This might seem hard to do and you do not have to go cold turkey, but trust me that avoiding television helps. Whenever you want to watch TV, try to do something a bit more energetic like vacuuming or other housework. If you want you can call a friend and have a chat while you walk around the house. It’s these little things that show results when you add them up. I’ll be back next time with more. So long!

Hi there, it’s me again, Dr T. I know that weight loss is a difficult thing to achieve and it requires a lot of work so today I am here to make your tasks just a little bit easier with some helpful tips. First thing I would recommend, not only as a friend but also as a women’s doctor, is to eliminate salt from your diet as much as possible.

Salt dehydrates you and makes you hungrier so you eat more than you should. You do not need to cut it out completely, just try and limit it as much as possible. The same thing goes for artificial sweeteners and MSG. I’ll have more for you next time. Goodbye!
